Over the course of his career, he has managed and facilitated the release of dozens of products for multiple startups that have included B2B and consumer-facing solutions across web and mobile platforms. He excels at taking products from concept to market while leading, inspiring, and coaching the performance of talented Product teams. He focuses on creating supportive and vision-led work environments that facilitate engagement, innovation, and collaboration as the foundational components for achieving and sustaining team success.
As a leader with strong emotional intelligence, he is an empathetic and effective partner in engaging with his team, cross functional partners, and executives to identify shared goals and align on strategy. Because of his background in UX design, he is also well equipped in communicating key first principles and refining strategies and approaches with both designers and developers to deliver the right solutions.
